Following the announcement of Steve Aoki and Liam Payne headlining Jeddah World Fest, 50 Cent, Future and Janet Jackson join the line-up!
50 Cent, Future and Janet Jackson announced headlining Jeddah
After last week’s announcement that Nicki Minaj had cancelled, their latest wave of artists should appease ticketholders.
When it comes to Hip-Hop music, it doesn’t get any bigger than 50 Cent. You’d be hard-pressed to recall a Hip-Hop club night that hasn’t played his iconic tracks, “In Da Club,” “Candy Shop,” “21 Questions” and “Just A Lil’ Bit.”
Future has been at the forefront of mumble
rap. The Atlanta-born rapper burst on the scene in the turn of the decade with
his first mixtape, ‘Streetz Calling’ and is the man behind hits like “You Da
Budapest,” “Low Life” and “Blow a Dag.”
Janet Jackson’s announcement will excite ‘90s music fans in Saudi Arabia. She’ll be performing some of her biggest tracks like “That’s The Way Love Goes,” “Rhythm Nation,” “Escapade” and “Together Again.”

Second wave of artists announced in the wake of Nicki Minaj’s
Nicki Minaj was among the first wave of artists. However, a week later, she announced she’s backing out from the festival due to cultural backlash.
She explains, “While I want nothing more than to bring my show to fans in Saudi Arabia, after better educating myself on the issues, I believe it is important for me to make clear my support for the rights of women, the LGBTQ community and freedom of expression.”
Update: Tyga and Chris Brown are joining the line-up too!
