Sure, you could catch a weightlifting or bodybuilding event on the TV, but there’s nothing quite like watching the action live in person! Dubai Muscle Show is bringing a mix of athletes from the region and across the world to take part in a line-up of events, including Emirates Weightlifting Championship, MMA, Muay Thai and boxing.

Big names confirmed for Dubai Muscle Show

This edition has begun to gather real momentum with a headlining bill featuring seven-time Mr. Olympia winner Phil Heath, three-time Arnold Classic Winner Kai Greene, Egypt’s Big Ramy, 4-time Mr Olympia Jeremy Buendia and an extensive line-up. Check it out here.

Meet and greets + Q&A’s with the headliners

In addition to the high-octane action, Dubai Muscle Show is giving fans a chance to interact with some of the biggest names in weightlifting and bodybuilding. Q&A sessions will be hosted with eight-time Mr. Olympia winner Ronnie Coleman, Mr. Olympia 2019 winner Brandon Curry and many more headliners. Check out the line-up and timings here.

Watch the Battle of the Bars make its Dubai Muscle Show debut

For the first time, the flagship fitness event is bringing the world’s premier professional callisthenics competition, Battle of the Bars to its venue. The spectacle features some of the best athletes coming from across the globe to compete in two days of adrenaline-filled acrobatics, inversions, climbing and parkour moves.

Some big brands from the muscle world will be exhibiting at the show, with hundreds of freebies up for grabs.
