Abu Dhabi F1 reveal first two headliners

One of the biggest party weekends of the year is back as the Abu Dhabi F1 team have announced their post-race headliners.

The two headliners are five-time Grammy nominated RnB act Khalid and fellow Grammy-nominated British singer Lewis Capaldi.

US star Khalid will make his UAE debut on Thursday December 9 while Scottish singer Lewis Capaldi will headline on Saturday December 11.

The Yas Marina Circuit team teased their social media followers with clues to the headliners’ identity yesterday before officially revealing the news today.

If that doesn’t rock your world, then don’t worry. There are two more names to be announced.

“The final two artists, which we’re excited to announce shortly, will be the finishing touches to an amazing line-up who will appeal to music lovers of all ages, nationalities and tastes.”

About Khalid

Multi-platinum selling global superstar Khalid was named one of Time’s Most Influential People of 2019. And you must have heard his breakout hit ‘Location’ and his debut album ‘American Teen,’ which were huge global hits.

About Lewis

Lewis is a Scottish singer with a big reputation. Deadpan funny, he’s also been incredibly successful. His debut album “Devinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent” spent ten weeks at #1 and was certified platinum in just 10 weeks with 20 billion streams. He’s since had his first US number one and been nominated for his first Grammy.
