New age artist, Satori, is bringing his album Maktub to Blue Marlin Ibiza UAE this October 11th. This is not simply live music, it’s an all-encompassing event that your mind, body and soul needs to experience.
Free your mind
Satori is a difficult artist to label, thanks to his unique style of musical mastery. He claims not to be defined by any one genre, bringing us electronic music designed to inspire and awaken the mind. Meditation, enlightenment and spirituality are embedded into the musical journey that Satori takes his listeners on. A skilled musician, he uses a variety of instruments to create the heady melodies that he is known for. The piano, kora, kalimba and guitar feature along with his electronic sounds.
Satori will be joined live by four piece Lebanese band, Adonis. Formed in 2011, the band first made waves with their debut pop-folk single “Stouh Adonis”. Adonis has since performed at major venues and independent festivals across the Arab world, including Beirut Holidays Festival, Amman’s BAB Festival, Egypt’s Al Geneina Theatre, and Dubai’s Step Music Festival. During this time, the band has released three studio albums and written music for big names such as Netflix, Pepsi and Lipton’s to name a few. Adonis achieved breakthrough mainstream success after the release of the lead single “Eza Shi Nhar” from their third album. In July this year, Adonis launched a fourth album “12 Sa3a” at the Jounieh International Festival.
Music from Lum, Sorä, (hoolz), Mario Bazouri, Frederick Stone and Michka will also feature. Deep Like will also be bringing their crew down to the event and adding to the electronic vibes.
