Soon, you can conquer the wildness like the famed British survivalist, Bear Grylls, as his survival academy is set to launch at Jebel Jais next year.

One of the most recognizable faces of survival and outdoor adventure, Bear Grylls stunned the world with adrenaline-filled shows like ‘Man vs Wild,’ ‘The Island with Bear Grylls,’ ‘Get Out Alive With Bear Grylls’ and ‘Bear Grylls: Mission Survive.’ In 2012, the former British Special Forces recruit launched his own academy program, comprising of extreme survival techniques in some of the renowned adventure capitals of the world, and now it’s coming to Ras Al Khaimah’s Jebel Jais mountain.
Courses available for half day, full day and two days
From adults to families, the program is open to all. Participants will be exposed to numerous survival challenges, like training on navigation techniques, rock climbing, extreme weather survival, remote medical trauma, setting up fires, building emergency shelters and much more. The courses are available in three categories: 12 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours.
Latest thrill-seeking attraction at Jebel Jais
As if hiking, cycling uphill and flying on the world’s longest zipline isn’t enough, Jebel Jais, the UAE’s tallest mountain, now has another adrenaline-packed activity for outdoor adventure enthusiasts.
