Dubai Airport is set to be busy busy busy as more than one million passengers are expected to pass through in the next 10 days.
And the upcoming long weekend is expected to kick-start the travel bonanza.
Unsurprisingly, it’s expected to be the busiest time Dubai Airport has had this year, with over 100,000 travellers expected each day.
All those passengers and Covid-19 precautions do mean you’ll need to leave even more time to get your flight.
Dubai airport is recommending passengers leave four hours to catch an international flight and two hours for a domestic flight.
And with more destinations opening up including flights to Britain, travellers have the biggest choice of destinations for months.

The budget airline will be running flights to Bari in South-East Italy and the island of Sicily.
Bari flights run every Tuesday and Saturday and cost AED150 one way. And the Sicily flights run on Sunday and Wednesday from AED129 one way.
Wizz Air started in Abu Dhabi at the end of last year. And they’ve already opened up over a dozen routes to countries including Egypt, Bulgaria, Greece, Poland. And they’re now offering two routes from the UAE to Italy. Bellissimo!
