Dubai Miracle Gardens now open bigger than ever with 150 million flowers

Dubai Miracle Garden has re-opened after its summer break and it’s bigger than ever with 150 million flowers. Which now makes it the largest natural flower garden in the world.

The park now features 150 million flowers from more than 120 different varieties of plants and flowers.

And the designers at Dubai Miracle Garden have put those flowers to incredible use with some incredible designs. Flower power!

And yes, that is a record-breaking Emirates A380 made from flowers. And an 18m tall sculpture of Mickey Mouse!

The park is open until mid-May and covers 72,000 sqm space. They’ve also updated park with a full range of Covid-19 measures. That hasn’t stopped the activities, however, as they have a full live entertainment schedule. And make sure to visit at night time as well as the huge garden is lit up with some flower exhibitions.

UAE Flag Day

The amazing design skills don’t just stop at Dubai Miracle Garden. It was UAE Flag Day on Tuesday, November 3 and there were some incredible flag art displays in its honour.

Just check out the video below which features HH Sheikh Mohammed and Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan. Amazing!

The flag is a source of national pride and unity. UAE Flag Day was first celebrated in 2013.

“Red symbolises the sacrifices of previous generations who laid the foundations for the union. Green symbolises growth, prosperity and cultural renaissance. White displays the nation’s charitable contributions and support for security and peace in the world. Black reflects the strength of Emiratis and their rejection of injustice and extremism.”
