Whether you’re a yoga enthusiast or looking to find inner peace, Dubai’s biggest yoga festival, XYoga is promising a day of positiveness, self-exploration and inspiration for everyone at Kite Beach, from 1st-2nd February 2019.

XYoga festival returns this February

At the festival, XYoga will host a packed line-up of events conducted by locally and internationally-renowned yogis. The line-up includes ‘yogalebrity’ Laura Sykora, who found fame on Instagram and boasts over a million followers, alongside global yoga warrior Janet Stone and celebrity fitness expert, Deepika Mehta.

Sun salutations and a variety of yoga styles in 2019 edition

If you find certain types of yoga too intense, there’s a variety of programmes you can immerse yourself into. This edition will feature yoga sessions like hula hoop yoga, partner yoga, tai chi, yogalates, Iyengar yoga, Bollywood dance and acro yoga and yogalates. Returning programmes include therapeutic yoga, yin yoga, art therapy yoga, clinical yoga, sri sri yoga and therapeutic yoga.

Mark your calendar: 1st-2nd February

XYoga is an event open to people of all ages and abilities, taking place from Friday, 1st-Saturday, 2nd February at Kite Beach. The event has free admission and attendees are required to bring mats. Speaking about the event, Mohammed Javad, general manager of XDubai, said: “This city, and this region, has time and again proven its love for the practice of yoga. There is a genuine appetite amongst visitors and residents to come together, teach and learn, connect and disconnect, meditate and express through the several styles of yogic practice. With the variety it offers, XYoga Dubai, presented by Dubai Holding, gives yogis of all levels the tools to defy their limits and get inspired and evolve as yogis.”
