Now in its third season, Fighting Fit Dubai is putting out a final call for contenders ready to embark on a life-changing physical and mental journey into the world of amateur boxing. Contenders have to be aged between 25-57 years old, who have never fought as a white collar, amateur or professional boxer in a boxing match. To apply, fill in your details on this link.

Producers Nomad Productions and sports media mogul ESPN have inked a deal to stream Fighting Fit Dubai’s third season on their website, ESPN.com. This upcoming season will consist of 28 episodes, showing contestants’ fitness journeys to an international audience of up to 3.2 million viewers monthly. Three episodes will be aired every week on the website from 17th March until 5th May, and nightly episodes of every Fight Night bout uploaded for an entire week until 11th May.
Six weeks of training and challenges
Shortlisted contestants will be invited for initial trials, starting next Friday, 1st March. From there onwards, the final 12 contestants will be divided into two teams alongside 12 reserves, and go through gruelling training sessions, challenges and showdowns on the ring. Contenders will be mentored by a slew of elite trainers, including Dan Costello, Waleed ‘Dynamite’ Din and Joe Ackery, as well as be provided with access to a nutritionist and meals from Fuel-Up by Kcal. The six weeks of high-octane boxing action ends with the final fight night at Zabeel House by Jumeirah, The Greens, which will determine the winning team.
