After being hit by three back-to-back earthquakes yesterday, a fresh earthquake has hit Iran earlier this morning.
The earthquake registered 4.2 on the Richter scale and hit at 11.44 local time.
And if you did feel something very mild in Dubai, that was probably the after-effects of the earthquake.

That’s much smaller than the three earthquakes that hit Iran yesterday afternoon which were at 6.2, 6.1 and 6.0.
One person is reported to have died due to the earthquake while many more ran from their homes.
“One person died after an electricity pole fell on him,” Iranian state TV said, citing local officials.
Iran sits on several major geological fault lines and has been hit hard by earthquakes in recent years.
The tremors yesterday were so strong they were felt across the region including in Dubai where residents could feel the ground and buildings shaking.
