As if Machine Gun Kelly, aka MGK’s latest album announcement, ‘Binge’ wasn’t enough to get the Rap world excited, his feud with Eminem is still going strong as he drops a savage reply on Instagram.
Responding to Eminem’s diss track ‘Killshot,’ the 28-year-old rapper took to Instagram, posting a series of images wearing a T-shirt with the cover image from ‘Killshot’ on it and posed with his fans, with a message for Eminem. What’s more, the series of images includes a screenshot from iTunes charts, showing his diss track ‘Rap Devil’ at number one, captioned “He missed.”
‘Killshot’ slammed MGK
Last week, Eminem released ‘Killshot’ in response to Machine Gun Kelly’s ‘Rap Devil,’ comparing himself as “outselling” MGK at his age, with more hits and album sales. The lyrics read “’Slim you’re old/Ow, Kelly, ooh, but I’m 45 and I’m still outselling you/By 29 I had three albums that had blew…/I’d rather be 80 year-old me than 20-year-old you.”
Bad blood after comment on Eminem’s daughter
The feud started when MGK tweeted about Slim Shady’s daughter, Hailie Scott, calling her “hot as —-,” to which, the 46-year-old rapper responded in the track, ‘Not Alike’ from his latest surprise album ‘Kamikaze.’ The lyrics read “And I’m talking to you but you already know who the —- you are, Kelly/ I don’t use sublims and sure as —- don’t sneak-diss/ But keep commenting on my daughter Hailie.”
Not only are fans of the rap world divided, but rappers too. G-Eazy showed his support for Eminem on an Instagram post, captioned “Let’s talk about it,” which is unsurprising, considering Kelly eluded to the fact he slept with his girl on “Rap Devil”, while Iggy Azalea who was labeled a ‘ho’ by Mathers in ‘Killshot’ naturally took MGK’s side and called Eminem “lazy.” What’s more, Eminem’s pal, 50 Cent left his two cents stating he knew this rap battle “would happen.”
