Some of the biggest names in the dance music world including Armin Van Buuren and David Guetta will DJ at Soundstorm in Saudi Arabia later this year.
The four-day Soundstorm festival in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia starts on December 16.
And a huge list of DJs has been confirmed for the festival.
As well as Armin Van Buuren and David Guetta, DJ Snake, Eric Prydz and Martin Garrix have all been confirmed.
And there are plenty of techno DJs on board including Adam Beyer, Amelie Lens, Carl Cox, Charlotte de Witte, Jeff Mills, Nina Kraviz and Sven Väth.
We’re also delighted to see lots of homegrown regional artists make the cut including Anmarz, Cosmicat, Spaceboi, and Zone+ with more to be announced.
The festival originally debuted in 2019 and featured 80 artists across six stages. The event attracted around 400,000 people and played a huge role in promoting the Middle East and Saudi dance music talent.
The latest Soundstorm festival is expected to be even bigger, with 150 artists on board. And they’re expecting half a million people to attend!
Talal Albahiti, COO and Head of Talent Booking, said: “We’re happy with the first announcement of the SOUNDSTORM ‘21 line up. We will soon announce a second phase which includes a wide variety of musical genres that will take attendees on a journey they won’t forget. We are ready to welcome all music enthusiasts to become part of this immersive 4-day experience.”
