Sunday, 27th January: Omega Dubai Desert Classic
After three days of top golfing action, the final round will decide the Dallah Trophy winner at the Omega Dubai Desert Classic this Sunday. Monday, 28th January: Labyrinth screening at Urban Outdoor Cinema
Movie buffs can journey into Jim Henson’s magical fantasy from the ‘86 cult classic, Labyrinth at Urban Outdoor Cinema in Habtoor Grand Resort this Monday. The film follows a tale of teenager Sarah (Jennifer Connelly) attempt to rescue her baby brother from the goblin king, Jareth (David Bowie) in a series of puzzles packed with amazement. Food and beverage options are available too. Screening begins at 7:30 pm and tickets cost Dhs 75.
Tuesday, 29th January: Soho Live with Vandalye
This Tuesday, Soho Garden is bringing Vandalye – a UAE-based three-piece acoustic, alternative folk band for a live set. Expect fresh sounds with an incredible vocal range by the homegrown talents. Wednesday, 30th January: Othello live at Dubai Opera
One of William Shakespeare’s timeless classics, Othello gets a live theatrical performance at Dubai Opera this Tuesday. The tale follow’s Othello’s tragic journey of racial injustice after being recruited in the Venetian army, exploring themes of betrayal, racism, revenge and much more. Tickets are priced between Dhs 150-450. The show begins at 8 pm.

Thursday, 31st January: Toyroom Legends

Friday, 1st February: Solardo and Mathame live at Blue Marlin Ibiza UAE
If partying is your thing, we recommend heading to Blue Marlin this weekend for a live set by fast-rising tech house DJs Solardo and Mathame. For anyone with an ear on the DJ circuit, Solardo has been a rising force. The Manchester-based production duo made a breakthrough with the success of ‘Tribesmen,’ landing them high-profile gigs in Ibiza, notably Hï Ibiza and Circoloco parties. Whereas, dancefloor masters Amedeo and Matteo Giovanelli, who formed the moniker Mathame, rose to popularity for their solid chords, percussive samples and deep kicks in their live sets. Saturday, 2nd February: XYoga
With the winter season is upon us, there’s nothing quite like a yoga session to discover inner peace, calmness and tranquillity. This edition, XDubai is hosting a line-up of popular yoga personalities, like Laura Sykora, Janet Stone and Bollywood actress Nargis Fakhri. The festival is free for all and attendees are required to bring their own mats.
