Miami’s famed hip-hop star Pitbull is set to perform his Latin-infused tracks and worldwide hits at the grand opening ceremony of HBL Pakistan Super League on Thursday, 14th February.

It’s all about Hip-Hop anthems and Latin beats on14th February when Pitbull delivers a ‘fireball’ performance at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. The Miami-born rapper has become a veteran of the scene. It’s hard to believe he’s been in the mainstream since the early ‘00s, but the 37-year-old made a name for himself in the turn of the decade after the massive hit ‘Rebelution,’ including club bangers “I Know You Want Me,” “Hotel Room Service” and “Krazy.” There’s no looking back since then, delivering back-to-back albums ‘Planet Pit,’ ‘Globalization,’ ‘Climate Change’’ and ‘Dale,’ boasting hit-singles “Timber,” “Give Me Everything,” “Feel This Moment,” “Rain Over With Me” and “Don’t Stop The Party.”

Ahead of his arrival in the city, Pitbull said he’s excited to perform at the grand opening ceremony of Pakistan Super League. In a video message, he mentioned, “I want to see you there. Have fun and getting loose, dancing, enjoying, celebrating, all of us together. Get your tickets, not now, right now, see you soon in Dubai.”
More Pakistani acts included in opening ceremony bill
Mr. Worldwide will be joined with a line-up of Pakistani artists taking the stage at the opening ceremony. This includes Sufi-rock band Junoon, millennial star Aima Baig, rapper Young Desi and superstar Fawad Khan. The opening ceremony will be followed with the first match, between defending champions Islamabad United and Lahore Qalandars.
