Holiday dates for the upcoming Eid Al Adha break have been confirmed by the UAE’s Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
And the good news is we have a four day holiday coming up for private sector employees in the country.
The Eid holiday dates run from July 19 until July 22. And the ministry confirmed the UAE holiday dates will start on 9th Dhu Al Hijjah (Day of Arafat) which is Monday, 19th July. And they’ll end on Thursday, 22nd July.
The four days holiday are paid for all workers, establishments and companies.
Normal service resumes on Sunday, July 25 when we’re all back at work.
Factor in the weekend and we’ve all got a six day break to look forward to.
And – pro-tip from DubaiLAD – if you have any holiday days, you could take Sunday, July 18 off work and get a seriously long break!
