It’s hard to believe it – but the holy month of Ramadan is set to begin in less than 100 days!
This is according to renowned Arab astronomer, Ibrahim Al Jarwan, who is a member of the Arab Union for Astronomy and Space Sciences.
According to the astronomer, the Ramadan crescent is expected to form on the 12th of April 2021 at 06:31pm UAE time.
With the Ramadan crescent expected to form on the 12th of April, Ramadan is expected to begin on Tuesday, 13th of April 2021 this year.
That is just 3 months away!

Something to also look forward to is the possibility that we will most likely enjoy a 5-day break on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr!
After 30 days of Ramadan, the Eid Al Fitr break is likely to be take place from Tuesday, 11th of May to Saturday, the 15th of May.
That would be amazing, but of course – all the above dates are subject to moon sighting.
Fingers crossed though!
