Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of the security guard and the rest of the security team at this difficult time and we are offering our full support.”

Police remind drivers of safety in school zones
With the placement of signboards, reduced speed limit and zebra crossing marks, Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and Dubai Police take speeding violations very seriously, especially in school zones. They also impose a Dhs 1,000 fine on motorists for overtaking buses that have displayed a stop sign.
On Tuesday, students brought flowers and left heartfelt messages to honour the security guard. The school, who employed Pariyar for six years, claim they’re making arrangements to help his family. They announced:
“We are all processing the loss of our beloved security guard. There are many in the community asking how they can help. We are in the process of setting up a celebration of life and arrangements to support the family.”
