With the holy month of Ramadan going on, Dubai’s Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum took to Instagram Stories to post his travels at the holy city of Mecca.
His travel was accompanied by Emirati soldiers
During the two days trip, the Crown Prince was accompanied by his uncle, Sheikh Saeed bin Maktoum, dearly known as ‘Uncle Saeed’ and with a group of Emirati soldiers. His fan group on Instagram(@groupfazza) also posted photos and videos of the Sheikh and the soldiers performing Umrah at the holy city.
Sheikh Hamdan’s last travel was to the UK
Last week, Sheikh Hamdan and his father. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai, were at the UK for the Epsom Derby horse racing championship, Britain’s most expensive horse racing event. Sheikh Mohammed’s horse, Marsa emerged victorious winning the title and Fazza’s horse, Dee Ex bee came second.
Schools have been ordered not to increase its fees by the Crown Prince
Parents in Dubai will be relieved after the announcement by Sheikh Hamdan, ordering private schools not to increase its fees for the academic year 2018-19 was out yesterday. He posted a tweet saying “During the meeting of the Executive Council, we decided not to increase school fees for all private schools in Dubai for the 2018-2019 academic year, with the aim of relieving the financial burdens on parents and to put this decision into effect immediately.”
Finally, we ordered an immediate freeze on the tuition fees of all private schools in Dubai for the coming academic year (2018-2019), in order to reduce the financial burden on parents.
