The 5 best new venues coming to Dubai this year (and one old favourite)

After the longest year in living memory – and it’s only September – winter is coming and we can get outdoors and start to enjoy the good weather and relax a little. Which is why we’ve found some the best new Dubai venues, bars and hangouts to make the most of the good times.

If there’s one thing Dubai venues do brilliantly, it’s pool parties. And Missippi’s have put a neat twist on the theme as this urban paradise is located on the Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai rooftop. With influences Bali, Tulum and Miami, it’s a super colourful, super playful venue packed with lush greenery and plenty of Instagram-friendly decor.

Brass Monkey

Bowling, air hockey, vintage arcade games and two floors packed with bars and food outlets? Yup, we can see Brass Monkey on Bluewaters Island being the place to be this winter. The brand new venue opens on October 1 and we can’t wait!

Wane by SoMiya

This new pool club made quite the impression when they turned Dubai into the set of King Kong with flying gorillas and gold tigers. The sleek rooftop venus is in The Address Dubai Marina and is set to open on October 15.

Top Golf

Like Brass Monkey, Top Golf is much more than just a cool bar. As the name tells you, it’s a golf-themed venue located at the Emirates Gold Club. Top Golf basically turbo-charges the golf into a seriously fun game with large booths, table service and stunning views over Dubai.

Soho Garden

You know the good times are here when Soho Garden properly opens again. And the sprawling venue is back in action from Wednesday, September 30. They’ve turned the huge dancefloor into a gorgeous lounge inline with the new normal, while they’re still running their Soho Social Ladies Night every Wednesday, their Soho Dinner Brunch every Friday night.
Please stick to all the rules and regulations when you’re out and about. And FYI, all entertainment in Dubai will now stop at 1 am.
