The world’s biggest floating nightclub is coming to Dubai

Dubai loves being the biggest and the best and the huge floating nightclub opening here in October could be both.

The floating nightclub action takes place at Float Dubai, the 1,000-capacity club onboard the QE2, the floating hotel and huge ship located at Port Rashid.

Float Dubai will run every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night from 10 pm until 3 am.

Entry will be free and there’s the usual minimum-spend deal if you want to book a table.

Musically, they’ve not revealed their theme yet, but going by the social media posts so far, expect hip hop and RnB.

They will be doing food, with sharing platters spanning Latin and Pan-Asian cuisine.

And there’s free valet parking for those who like to arrive in style.

The official opening date hasn’t been announced, but we’ve heard that it will be sometime in October.

Beirut club BO18 launching Dubai version this month

After a quiet few years in the nightclub industry, things are starting to liven up again.

Legendary Lebanese club BO18 is opening a two-roomed sister club BO18.DXB on Thursday, September 30.

BO18 has long been considered one of the best clubs – if not the best club – in the Middle East. And indeed in the wider world.

The underground bunker has been at the forefront of Beirut’s incredible nightlife scene for decades. We’ve been there when the blast doors open at sunrise and it’s a truly wonderful moment.

And they’re now launching their own Dubai version, BO18.DXB next Thursday.

The two-room club will be located on the 42nd floor of the Media One Hotel in Dubai Media City.

The space will be divided into two rooms. First is the jungle-themed Tropical Room while the 2nd main room will be where the main action takes place.
