UFO Caught On Camera Travelling Across The Dubai Sky

There’s been some weird stuff going on lately in the sky above us here in Dubai. Last Wednesday, shocked residents uploaded videos to social media of an unidentified flying object (UFO) that was seen traversing the night sky. So does it remain a Dubai UFO or has anyone worked out what it is?

Bright light streaks across the sky

On November 13th, some Dubai residents happened to spot a bright light moving at some speed in the darkness of the night sky. This footage shows the shot of light initially as one object but it later seems to split into two.

The YouTuber responsible for the video, who goes by the name of Cat’s Got My Tongue on the site, uploaded the video with this caption:

At around 7:45pm on November 13th 2019 a single UFO object appeared for a short time over the skies of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. Some speculated as to whether this was a comet, meteor or asteroid? A short while after the first UFO disappeared, two more appeared out of thin air and were making acrobatic aerial maneuvers which had one person speculating whether these were drones? Others believed them to be skydivers

So what was it?

A representative from Sharjah Planetarium reportedly said that this is actually the second sighting of the strange object in less than a month and that investigations into the matter led them to discover that there is a company which uses aircraft for tourism purposes in the Dubai and Abu Dhabi desert. So the unusual spectacle has been ruled out as a meteor or some sort of cosmic activity and put down to flights taking place.

Keep your eye on the sky

It’s worth looking up from time to time as you never know what you might spot in the UAE. Earlier this year, residents noticed a very weird cloud which resembled a whirlpool. Thankfully though, no one got beamed up and it was confirmed as a phenomenon known as a hole punch cloud.
