Last month we announced the news that Ultra Music Festival is coming to the Middle East for the first time ever, with the two day dance music extravaganza set to take place in Abu Dhabi. Today, tickets went on sale for what is sure to be one of the biggest music events of the year.
The du Arena is set to host the event
Ultra Music Festival will take place next year on the 5th and 6th March at the du Arena. This Goliath of a dance music festival has been going since 1999 and after starting out in Miami, it’s taken place all over the globe including South America, Asia, Europe, South Africa and even Australia more recently. This debut edition in Abu Dhabi is a huge deal and not something that festival goers will want to miss. Yesterday, Ultra released this promotional video prior to tickets going on sale today.
Who will be headlining next year?
The answer is, we don’t know yet. But what we do know is that the likes of Carl Cox, Marshmello, Afrojack and David Guetta were at this year’s Miami festival and the event never fails to bring in some of the biggest international stars of the dance music world. We can’t wait to find out who’s on the bill for this inaugural Abu Dhabi edition.
