Aventura Park launches in Mushrif Park in Dubai with zip lines, climbing walls, tree surfing and a crazy 25m Tarzan jump!
There is no shortage of adrenaline-charged fun and games in Dubai including the forthcoming Bear Grylls Survival Academy. From 40mph go-karts to skydives over the Palm, there are plenty of ways to raise your blood pressure and get the adrenaline flowing.
And we’re pleased – and a little bit scared – to tell you about the latest addition to the city’s outdoor scene.
Embrace your inner Tarzan!
Based in Mushrif Park near Mirdif in Dubai, Aventura Park is a an all swinging adventure park. There are 85 challenges in total including a 160m-long zip line, rope swings, a 2km obstacle course. And, of course, the heart-in-your-mouth 25m Tarzan jump!
If you’re really feeling competitive, you can sign up to their obstacle course race. The 2km challenge includes a rope climb, tire pulls, a 3D spider’s web, with prize money on offer for the fastest teams and groups.
And with five different levels, there’s something for everyone including kids. In total, it’s the largest ‘treetop playground in the region.’ Which makes it the perfect place for some serious monkey business!
There’s plenty for fitness fans too as they’ll be launching a weekly boot camp. Entry is AED185 with kids under 1.4m AED149.
If Aventura Park sounds a little too much excitement for you, you should definitely check out the rest of Mushrif Park. The 35,000 sqm park is home to hundreds of beautiful Ghaf trees, with plenty of running and cycle paths to discover. It’s also home to a cafe, bathrooms and showers. Which will come in very handy after you’ve completed the obstacle course!
