With the English Premier League enjoying a mid-season break, several teams and loads of players have taken to Dubai for some winter sun and training.

12 out of the 20 top-flight clubs are having a week off. And with sun, sea and some amazing sport resources, Dubai is proving a very popular destination.

Arsenal forward Aubameyang posted a picture of him on a private jet on Instagram heading to Abu Dhabi. His team is also in town for a week, with David Luiz, keeper Bernd Leno and Nicolas Pepe.

Chelsea star Callum Hudson-Odoi is also in Dubai. But he doesn’t seem to be having quite as much fun as Tammy Abraham who’s been tearing up the club scene here this week.

Other players spotted in Dubai include Manchester United defender Diogo Dalot, Leicester playmakers James Maddison and Demarai Gray plus Chelsea striker Fikayo Tomori.

Not all about Dubai

Dubai might have been the main destination, but when it comes to Premier League footballers, money and travel is no object. Fred opted for a second honeymoon in the Maldives.

While Man Utd star Rashford made the most of his injury by jetting out to America to watch the Super Bowl with Jay Z. As you do.
